Dean Posted by Danny on 5/31/2003 at 20:10:06 IP: 12.242.162.217 he's not really that liberal, at least not in every sense, which is why I like him. He's actually not for gun control. I'm glad you learned about him here though, even if you don't like him. Comment: Posted by Jason (Nac) on 5/31/2003 at 19:54:31 IP: 63.242.175.2 on this site...then again if he is liberal that would explain it....I live in East Texas where southern baptist are everywhere..
Dean The fundraiser went well and thanks for asking guys. Thanks to all
of you who showed up and amazingly alot of his campaign volunteers
showed up. Sorry to rain on your parade Brian but support for him is
rising and the man has a huge grip on the west coast. It cracks me up
though that you keep trying to discourage interest in him here on the
board.
the
sunday paper I only get the Sunday paper and to tell you the truth, I don't
really care too much about the paper covering gay issues. If I want gay
news, then i'll tap into another source like the advocate. I don't know
much about the papers here and miss the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Comment:
Danny-----------------> Which newspaper do you subscribe to: The Seattle Times or The Seattle Post-Intelligencer? Do they lean one way or the other? Any Bias? How well do they cover gay issues? Just curious!
correction... Canada keeps Seattle supplied...no need to go there, they come to
us. Comment:
correction... the bill is in parliament right now and has not gone through yet but should soon. it calls for a small fine for pot use of any amount under 15 grams but no criminal charge. in turn, though, the law has penalties that are more sever on trafiking of the drug. i guess Mr. Bush suggested that we not pass this because then he would ahve to increase broder checks and patrols. ah well.
Legalize it The war on drugs is a bunch of BS and a waste of money. I also
think pot should be legalized or alcohol should be illegalized because
there's too much hypcocrisy there. If you've ever read about the history
of the drug war, you'll find out that pot was only illegalized not too
many decades ago to try to curve Mexican immigration. The government
claimed that the immigrants were bringing huge amounts of Marijuana with
them and it was destroying American society, therefore a stop had to be
put to both. It's all propoganda of course and pot is no more
destructive than alcohol. Comment:
A book
for Danny & Paul ----------> " Saying Yes: In Defense of Drug Use" written by Jacob Sullum ;
It is basically a book about the failed War on Drugs and destruction
of civil liberties. The author supports making POT legal so i knew it
would be a book Danny would love. It has lots of facts and figures to
back up info. It has a simple white cover with a joint on it. Should
be very easy on Danny's glaucoma afflicted eyes.
Dreamer... everybody has their time and there is no need to shove sexuality
down anyones throat. As long as your sexuality is not the number 1
priority in your life, you and your friends should have loads to do and
talk about. Comment:
hey
everyone hey people. how are you all doing? i'm doing pretty good. but... its starting to get really akward when i am with my firends... we have a group of like 5 or 6 or so. and only three people know i'm gay... i'd tell the others, but they're really homophobic. like seriously. one of my friends hates it when someone metions Will and Grace! can anyone relate to me on this?
Taxes... ...are essential, but aren't most of the services you speak of,
run off state taxes?
Christopher, being from Georgia... ...I would think that you would want to be so different from your
kin to the west, Alabama, and strive for something better than the
trailer park! Dean will set you free! Comment:
I live
in Brunswick, Georgia so i won't be able to attend but...>> I have watched every debate so far carried on C-SPAN. If Howard Dean comes near me to speak i will certainly attend with all my LogCabinRepublican buddies! haha LOL
PAUL>>>> SIKE!..... do'in it old school!!
Carrie
and Tax Cuts.... ...I might display a little ignorance, forgive me upfront.
amen
to that... every time he comes on tv i start tying my noose. i could have a
better conversation with a salt shaker.
Zach... ...you give Bush too much credit, i've had great conversations
with salt shakers.
Carrie... ...you bring up a good point about gays in the military.
Christopher... ...likes to play the devils advocate. Comment:
Total
Loser...>> literally! LOL
Greg... ...thanks for the insight. Comment:
Off to
bed Danny and Paul... lots of luck tonight! Cory and I only wish we
could be there to show our support. I'm off to bed (gotta work
tonight). If anyone's around after the party, I'll look for ya here.
Night all!
CHECK
THIS OUT BOARD... support voting!!!!!
Greg... ...definately true and something to think about. Voters have
become complacent in their lives and were caught off guard almost four
years ago when bush was elected.
Stoker... ...my life not so long ago!!!
Neely a couple of corrections. His name is Howard Dean, not vice versa
and you wouldn't be meeting him since he wont be at the fundraiser.
Donations are also not required. Comment:
Dean
Howard So, I checked out the site for the meet and greet with Mr.
Howard tonight.
Carrie... ...were seeing eye to eye.
Max... ...what's up???? Comment:;-)> Hey bud, I'm doing fine, we have a holiday today, it was quite nice and sunny but now the weather is turning..awww Whats up with you, the whole policy thing is quite exhausting huh? lol I wish you all the best and Good Luck for supporting Mr. Dean!!!!!
Carrie
and andrew... ...I think the voting situation is looking up, when I see that
more people like you are out there taking control of their futures.
CHECK
THIS OUT BOARD... just wanted to get this out...
Carrie, caboy and andrew... ...thanks for the support, you should really look into all the
candidates, you will find that there are some very different viewpoints
out there. Comment:
Good
luck tonight boys!! He has my vote
Best
of luck tonight Danny and Paul... Hope all is well and sending my support for the event. He has my vote too! but stinks i cannot vote! Just
wanted to put... ...my two cents in on my opinion for the best democratic
presidential candidate. Support voting!!!!
Dean
Fundraiser just one last reminder...today is the day of my Howard Dead for
president fundraiser, which will be held tonight starting at 5pm at the
capitol club in seattle for any of you who can make it.
1AM I don't expect anyone to be around but I thought i'd at least try.
I can't sleep and i'm bored as hell.
ATL I just found out that i'll be appearing and speaking at the
Atlanta Pride next month. It'll be my first one. I know I'll see alot of
sleeveless T's there and will probably flip out.
just
kidding by the way, i'm half kidding about this!
me i guess you can call me old school because i'm into people
dressing with a little class of some type. That would NOT include work
out clothes 24 hours a day. That goes for everyone, not just gays. Comment:
lame is
a good word. I simply>> ...wear something that is comfortable, acceptable and realsitic to my working and everyday enviornment. There are plenty of ways to dress yourself without showing off your weak, flabby, hairy arms & same for your skinny, underpowered, unattractive and unremarkable legs. Silly people, but two each their own I guess.
SLEEVES? Overadvertising is the issue I guess. i wouldn't call it
disgusting, just lame. Comment:
yeah I
agree>> I think it plays to the whole 'I have to overadvertise myself to get some' idea that most gays (and straight people for that matter) have. Or just that they are outta their FREAKIN minds. Disgusting.....
mag I was just looking at a gay mag and it made me think of that. It
was the summer edition and everyone in it had on bikinis and sleeveless
T's. I about ripped my hair out. Bikinis only fly in Europe and Brasil.
Don't bring that crap here.
Good
morning OK, so another year has passed and the summer begins again. It's
time for me to post my annual plee against certain types of clothing.
For God's sake, please don't wear tank tops, sleeveless T's and Capri
pants this year guys! I'm still struggling to understand why gay guys,
no matter how puny their arms are, feel the need to wear tank tops all
summer. WHY?! They should be outlawed!
Hola
Jhune No memorial day party? It's sort of a celebration of the beginning
of summer combined with the celebration of memorial day. we had a big
BBQ and had some friends over after we hiked all day. I'm about to head
and get some dinner so have a nice evening everyone.
All's
well Things are going well...had a nice day today and just chilled at
my place for most of it. Had my memorial day party yesterday.
Happy
Memorial Day How's it going CTOC? I don't expect many to be around since it's a
holiday but I wanted to pop in and say hello and remind those of you in
Seattle about a fundraiser for Howard Dean I'm hosting this Thursday at
the Capitol Club from 5-2am. If you'd like to donate to his campaign,
please do, but it's not compulsory and come even if you don't want to
donate. Bring your friends as well. The more the merrier!
gotta run gotta go Zach, my paper just landed on the porch. Have a good day.
i've
heard that but i'm glad to hear that it's good and not a flop
movies there are several good ones out right now. I've still got to see
Matrix2 as well. Comment:
Re:
i wanna see that so bad. my friends and i were supposed to go last week but we say identity instead.
this
weekend has been somewhat dissapointing but Ok. It was supposed to be
sunny but has turned out to be a typical soggy, dreary Seattle weekend.
It'll be a movie today instead of hiking. Comment:
thats
too bad its greay here today too, but it was nice yesterday. what movie? this
weekend has been somewhat dissapointing but Ok. It was supposed to be
sunny but has turned out to be a typical soggy, dreary Seattle weekend.
It'll be a movie today instead of hiking. good
morning How's Sunday for everyone?
Memorial Day weekend Hope you all have an awesome weekend and have some fun. For those
of you in Seattle, have you noticed the Space Needle yet? They just
painted the top in an American flag motif. Check it out if you go to
Folklife. Have a good one!
the
ban Hey, thanks for throwing that up and as for Paul, I'll answer for
him since he's said this so many times I already know what he'll say.
Basically of course he feels that the ban is unfair and wrong but
ultimately the time isn't right to lift the ban. Our military is made up
of our countrymen, especially the lower class who are for the most part
extremely anti-gay. Therefore, they will go to any extreme to keep gays
out. The ban indirectly protects people because so many in the military
just aren't ready for that change. You can't force such drastic change
onto a group overnight when it's cohesion is so important and until our
country as a whole changes its view towards gays, it's really pointless
to keep aiming at the military. We're trying to change an institution
within within the greater American cultural institution and the aim is
misdirected. Our nation is still in the stoneage when it comes to
acceptance of gays and all of these other nations have lifted their bans
because they're so advanced on the issue as a whole. We can't compare
our situation to theirs. However, the time is quickly coming and its
only a matter of time before we see our hypocrisy and unfairness as a
nation and the policy tumbles. Patience is a virtue and this underscores
the continued need for gays to set positive examples and for stronge,
positive leaders to step forward. Comment:
Log
Cabin Republicans www.lcr.org Read the article "Don't Ask, Don't Tell,
Don't Work" click the >> article on first page of www.lcr.org and read. Danny, if you read this post, please ask Paul to read the article and try to get him to comment about it. Since he was in the Military his view point will be insightful. I hope everyone reads and enjoys the article. Thanks ahead of time, Danny and Paul!
Fundraiser for Dean Hola CTOC. Just wanted to remind you all (well at least those of
you in Seattle) of our upcoming fundraiser for Howard Dean, which will
be the night of May 29th at the Capitol Club in Seattle. Doors open at 5
for dinner and the party begins at 7. If you're a Dean supporter, please
come and donate!
this
board screws up so much. I've got to get going guys. have a good one.
my
message crossed my message got mixed with someone elses. again, Max, my favorite
little German bud, the elections are more than a year away but democrats
are frantic to get Bush out of office. Comment:
Hey
guys> How is everybody doing? Hey Danny bud, nice to see the colors are back on the board ;-) The trip was cool? Wow, the policy issue, are there elections soon in the US? Hey, dont forget to send the voting papers also to the african americans in Florida!!! lol, jk
Similarly I think most presidents would have handled the initial situation
in a similar manner but later downt he road would have been more careful
where we stepped, what we said and who we attacked. I don't think Bush
has done anything amazingly different than anyone else would have done
on 911 and after. Comment:
Brian
in RI... Well most Repubs will agree he isn't the most articulate
individual. He has a great team of advisors, but being able to direct
the knowledge given to him is just out of his reach.
voting Young people MUST vote next year. It's probably the only way Bush
will be beat and if enough young people do vote, he can easily be beat.
The trick is getting apathetic young people out to the polls. I plan on
working with "Rock the Vote" again to help make that happen.
in the
end I really don't care who wins just so long as it's not BUSH. I
can't listen to him stammer through speeches for another 4 years.
back
in the day I didn't think he'd be as insane as he is. I wasn't terrorfied by
him being president even though I didn't want him to be. But then he
amazed me with how out of touch with the world he is. The man belongs
within the borders of the Republic of Texas and no where else. Maybe
alot of those who voted for him felt the same way? Does your man still
support him? Comment:
My man
voted for Bush... And it kills me! mainly was he for or against the war with Iraq? Comment:
Good
for you You should never vote by a poll. The PR machines get enough
people to do that as it is.
politics i'm not going to support someone just because they're showing a
higher percentage in a meaningless poll. Kerry isn't all bad but the guy
has been pretty flaky on his stand on certain issues. We've had enough
of that political BS.
control It's not fair that our government controls the world in that
manner. "If you're not with us, then you're against us". Comment:
I
suffer from pain 24/7/365 so it was nice when i lived in AZ and could do
it legally. Not here in
MA though. I always knew the feds would react that way. Its not fair they control state gov by those threats!
i've
got bad glaucoma! It is insane that our government wont allow medicinal use.
Yesterday they announced that they wihthold federal money from any state
allowing medicinal use, which includes most states out west. BS! Comment:
not to
mention Kerry is for medicinal marajuana, which I need to live a normal
life darn, but i did mention it, didn't i. doh!
'international' films
it will be both, though mainly indie films. Seattle culture
revolves around the indie world. Comment:
Yeah, I
was kinda thinkin are they only mainstream 'international' films or more
independent small.. ones...
IFF mostly European films but Asian as well. The Festival is big here.
Comment:
What's
defined as international over there?? :-) What kinda films are they showing? Good
morning CTOC Not sure what's up today. The weather is crap but I think i'll go
to the International Film Festival opening tonight.
morning all Brian, man, you really don't like Dean. Where are you getting your
numbers? He's getting alot more positive attention than Al Sharpton. He
and Kerry have equal chances. Dean is very popular out west and pretty
much the only candidate considered by most. The guy has a good shot at
this election contrary to the picture you paint.
Robby I'm very glad we cleared this up! Comment: Aw, Danny, you got me all
wrong! (don't worry, it's good news) C'mon, you're a wonderful guy. I know that. That's why a came
here in the first place. We don't have a problem. If you meant what
you said about agreeing with me, we never did; perhaps I'm a bit slow
on the uptake. I'm pretty dang smart, but I never said I was a fast
learner. I have my flaws like everyone else, but I'm not such a bad
guy either. Hope you understand that. (Ah, look who I'm talking to!)
Stoker It's amazing what one can find to do with free time. I have plenty
of it and use it up pretty well. I stay fit and work out alot as well as
bike and run. There are always trails to be hiked, friends to be visited
and road trips to be had as well as other travel. There are books to be
read, websites to be tended, a house to be worked on, sports to be
played etc. I find plenty to do and it's amazing. Normally though in my
speaking season, i'm busy running all over the country, which means,
yes, there's no time for another job, which is fine with me! The summer
is pretty laid back though and I have plenty of time to spend out doors
and enjoy this sweet summer weather. I'm a luck bast*rd. Comment: Danny.....a question... so what do you do when not touring? I would imagine such a schedule makes another job impossible
He's always welcome
to! he's at work though. Comment: Since we are now on the Danny and PAUL board... How about an appearance by Paul? Let the boy use the computer once in awhile D!
grammer mistakes Man I hate phonetical grammer mistakes more than anything and I
just committed two!
Gay organizations I like PFlag because of the fact that it works with young people
so much. Some of the bigger ones get on my nerves because their so
political and out of touch with the majority. They're hell-bent on their
on political crusades and have no room for anyone who doesn't fit their
narrow molds. I had a bad experience the Servicemens Legal Defense
Network. Comment: Danny a question regarding organizations. Have you run across any particularly good gay organizations as far as on going support? I was looking at the PFLAG site and they appear to have some really good information for both individuals as well as friends and parents. I am not sure my Dad or friends would join but there is some good downloadable information available.
cheap cheap food is rare in this city. even dumps can be expensive. Comment: Love Thai But... just preparing in case the other travellers don't like it but I really enjoy all types of food. San Francisco as you may know has a zillion restaurants so ya kinda get spoiled. When I have gone to australia they don't have a lot of variety but we found this one thai restaurant that is out of the way but cheap (i like cheap) and good. Plus I am spoiled being from the east coast (NY) and all the restaurants there....Thanks for the info.
Don't like Thai? There is a really good pizza joint and bakery across the street
from the ACE. Belltown Pizza-good! You can walk to the retail district
easily from there and catch a bus anywhere around the city from downtown
as well. You're also only a couple of blocks from the waterfront, which
is nice. Comment: Thanks. Mental Note To Bring along Power Bars and PB&J
Restaurants/Hotels Seattle Any recommendations for hotels and/or restaurants to go to in the
area for food probably "home style comfort" food and for hotel (nice
since I am not payin ;)
While in Seattle You must stay at the Ace hotel in Belltown (downtown). It's really
hip and cheap. It's also close to everything, including being above my
favorite bar in Seattle. As for food, get ready to eat lots of Asian
food because that's the easiest thing to find. Forget US comfort food
because it's rare!
Seattle today it was our classic ####e weather today...clouds.
I keep trying to stress that
to him as well!
Posted by Brian RI on 5/21/2003 at 17:35:56 IP: 172.147.10.162 YOU are young!
I know I know that's what he wants but I'm giving it to him anyhow. I
hope my words sink in this time. I'm trying to be more patient at
dealing with young people because I've got a feeling that alot of my
life will revolve around them. I haven't forgotten though what it's like
to be young and insecure and searching for meaning and validation. I
understand this kid well and just having a problem at making him
understand. He thinks I'm attacking him but I understand very well where
he's coming from and agree with him! I guess he wants me to say that
young people are more intelligent and wise than adults and then he'd let
it go. Comment: You gave him what he wanted. Attention.
Robby OK man, this is the last time i'll address this and then no more.
You're right, I haven't appologized to you because I haven't done
anything to you. Again, as I said before, You've twisted my words into
me saying "that all young people are unwise and have so much to learn."
That's not at all what I said and you exaggerated what I said. Young
people have alot to learn, though not all of them are as unwise as the
general population and not every adult is unwise. Some young people are
way ahead of their years and there are even a few out there who are far
beyond what most adults will reach. However, most young people have alot
to learn and we're all still learning for that matter. Each time you
bring this up though, you're proving your own immaturity. Listen man,
I'm 25 and you don't hear me whining about how wise I am because I know
I still have alot to learn in life and that there are plenty of older
people out there who can teach me more. (not to say that they all can)
If you were wise, you'd accept this and get off your youth-oriented
insecurity wagon. I know where you're coming from because I was there
once. I'm sorry to be so harsh with you, but this has gotten really old.
If you want a psychological analysis of your behavior, I'm going to give
it to you.
Steve-o yeah, Steve-O drove us around all weekend, poor guy! I had about 6
of my friends constantly packed in there. Comment: his name is steve, i saw you show up in his van
yeah? and who would that be? Comment: One of my best friends (my x) spent a good amount of time
with you in mass over the weekend hi Dan, I am new here and just started posting on your board and
this is cool. One of my best friends (my x) spent a good amount of
time with you in mass over the weekend so i ended up looking for your
site. I was at the rally too, I guess it was okay but kinda
unorganized. It was nice of you and the others to come. -Ryan http://hometown.aol.com/forryanoutloud/
Fund Raiser for Dean!! For those of you in Seattle, I'm hosting a fundraiser party for
Howard Dean on May 29th at the Capitol Club. Dinner starts at 5 and
there's a meet and greet from 5-7. after that, it's a party and all
proceeds go to the Howard Dean presidential campaign fund.
Robby whoa man, what did I do to you? I'm not sure but sorry you're so
upset! As for me dicriminating against young people? What? Jeez man,
would you realize that i'm on your side and quit being so sensitive?
Evening folks Jhune, you're my hero too. I just want you all to know that if it
wasn't for him, this site wouldn't exists any longer and he does an
awesome job at running it and a #### good job with his design! I just
found Pete on your site as well and now have it looping. Nice choice
bud.
Seattle Pride I probably wont go Comment: Re: good morning Morning and thanks for your Real Estate advice the other day. By
the way I am bummed Pride in Seattle is the same as San Francisco
otherwise I would have stopped up
good morning Matt, so who is the brother who knew me and my girlfriend in
college? just curious.
CR and Brian Seattle is crazy expensive to rent or buy. I live on Beacon Hill
south of Downtown, which is one of the last urban neighborhoods left
that are affordable and that's relative. I live in a mostly immigrant
neighborhood. Comment: Re: Boston Did you get to spend much time anywhere other than the rally at all?
Seattle neighborhoods Queen Anne is also awesome and is really close to downtown. It all
depends on what your friend is into. Neighborhoods here are really based
on divisions of interests and there are extremely different types of
people in each one.
back to the board yeah, it's a little slower than usual. Comment: Danny - GREAT to see you online. I've been away for a
while -> But it's always nice to come back. The boards seem to have
quitened down a bit. Maybe it's just as well. LEss drama this way
Seattle Seattle, there's tons to do; you've just got to pray for good
weather. Seattle is all about the outdoors so if you're into that,
there's tons of hiking, biking, kyaking, boating, etc. There's alot
plenty of tourists diversions for you. Downtown is loaded. As far as
neighborhoods to live in, i'm assuming your friend will rent to begin
with. My favorite neighborhoods are Fremont/Wallingford and Greenlake
though they're really pricey if you want to buy.
Boston Is seriously one of my favorite cities in the country. It's
historic, walkable and full of young students so there's alot of energy
there. There are all kinds of people so it's very interesting. Going to
school there would be nice. Comment: danny how did your speaking engagment in Boston go last
week, did you meet nice people? i am moving there in August for school so i am wonderin. Were the people friendly?
fowl language not vocabulary language but rather the choice of subject matter.
For instance, I don't tolerate much talk about sex or hooking up on here
because there's plenty of other places for that.
Being banned if you're getting the banned message, it might be the board
screwing up so just keep trying to log in and eventually you should get
through. however, if you don't, that means you were probably really
banned for language you were using at some point. People get banned
every now and then for using fowl language or making personal attacks on
people. It's rare though.
Mexico Zihuatanejo is on the Pacific side down south about level with
Mexico city. Comment: Re: Mexico Where is that? Was it just you and Paul?
Mexico I'll eventually get pictures up. We went to Zihuatanejo, which was
nice because it's mostly a local Mexican destination. few tourists. Comment: Danny Pictures of Trip??? Danny,
Jhune finally got into the account using your password. Sorry man,
forgot your gift in Mexico!
Chuck thanks so much for the gift and card. I'm happy for you and wish
you the best.
Re: 283 Yes, 283! It's sad that I forgot the name. That's place did you to
be "Cheers" for me and my friends. I was sad to visit a couple of years
later and find that it had changed so much and was full of corn. The
whole town has changed alot but it's still the best. I've still got a
couple of friends there in law school so I'll get back there sooner or
later.
favorite Bar? Matt,
UGA You know I spoke there at an informal event last year, right? The
best thing about it is the nice balance of liberal/conservative and nice
sensibility of the students.
morning to the world good morning ctoc. So i'm back home again and returning to a
normal schedule, well, as normal as it gets around here. I had an
awesome time in Mexico and Boston as well but am very glad to be home.
Matt, I just read your post and thanks for writing. Welcome to the site
and you really made me homesick for UGA again. How's Athens these days?
Enjoy that place as much as possible because it's magic. I've been to
alot of schools around the country and have found few that even come
close to what Athens and UGA have to offer.
One last thing Jhune, Hey man, i'm too lazy to log into my email account and
email you but this new board is pissing me off because I can't log into
my account, therefore can't use color! Also, i've got some dope pictures
from my vacation for you later. Lastly, if there's one more freakin
reference to "the picture", i'll personally come to your house and
strangle you. Come on people, have some tact and respect and quit
talking about it. Could you possibly get any lamer? I'm sick of the
subject coming up on my board.
Good Day How's it going CTOC. Glad to see so many new people and so much
good discussion going on while i've been away. Jhune, not sure what
you've been doing with the message board but i'm unable to log into my
account now. Can you fix that? Thanks for the updates by the way! Chris Brian is right, so much of it is in your own head. I think the
toughest part of coming out is admitting it to yourself. That's probably
your biggest worry that you haven't dealt with yet and that's why you're
not sure why is such a big deal. When you admit it to yourself, you
confirm the reality in a concrete way and that's #### scary. It's a "no
turning back" moment. Comment: Coming Out I was just wondering if anyone would reply with some insight on their experiences of "coming out." Right now I'm 22, gay, and afraid of coming out. I don't know if its me who is afraid that I'm finally acknowledging the inevitable or I don't know if its the fear of the repercussions that may evolve when I tell my family and friends that "I'm gay." Maybe its a combination. Basically I'm insecure when I don't want to be and just reading interesting thoughts and opinions would be empowering. I know I'm not alone in my viewpoints but its hard when you feel alone. Alright enough of the pity party for myself. Hope to hear from anybody. Comment: Re: Coming
Out My experience is it was more of a big deal in my head than anyone elses. I wouldn't worry too much about it, get it over with you'll feel better. Like pulling a band aid off, do it quick.
Re:
Fox News - could this be any more true? I'm starting to think that the Bush
administration actually is Fox news and vice versa. Comment: Fox News - "The American Propaganda
Channel" thats classic... and totally 100% true.
Re:
Danny: Safesex...Monogamy...Condoms...Bareback...>>> even though I think this is going a little too far into my personal
life, I'll answer it because I think it's an important issue. We don't
use condoms because we are monogomous. My slip up on the Real World
wasn't exactly sex considering it was a kiss, not that it's OK. It takes
alot to build trust and we do trust each other. Comment: Danny: Safesex...Monogamy...Condoms...Bareback...>>> Danny, do you and Paul wear condoms? Since you are in a monogamous committed relationship i was wondering if you both wore condoms or have bareback sex? Do you trust each other and know both of you will be faithful and bareback or do you realise one of you might slip up and cheat (like you did on the RW:NO!Sorry!LOL). How do you both handle this? The reason i ask is a couple i know had a monogamous relationship so they trusted each other and had bareback sex. Well, one of them had an affair and now they both are HIV+. It only takes once! So do you have faith and bareback, know it might happen and put on a condom, or put your head in the sand and don't bother thinking about it? I think it is an important question.

Re: D - Boston schedule? Nope, it's just a brief appearance at the youth pride event and
pretty much that's it. No speaking this go around. Comment: D - Boston schedule? Are you just jetting in for the Pride thing in the park or do
you have any other talks scheduled in Boston? I haven't heard your
talk yet, we might go see it and as a bonus our great Mayor of
Providence David Cicilline is also on the panel with you. Introduce
yourself, he's a good man, ran a great campaign here. |
